I lived here for two years and for most of that time I enjoyed living here. This complex has a great location near everything. Recently more college student have moved in and there are a lot of foreigners also. It used to be mostly families. Therefore, parking can be a problem on weekends and nights. The area is somewhat noisy. One thing the management won't tell you is that they have flooding problems when it rains. But if you're careful you might still be able to find a nice apartment here.
