I lived here for a year when I first moved to town. The apartments are large for the price...especially the bedroom (I had a 1br). The walls are very thin though...you will hear things. Insulation is terrible. It gets very cold inside on cold nights and extremely hot in the summer. The A/C does not cool the place evenly. The bedroom got the least A/C of all, and the bathroom had no vent. The A/C eventually broke 1 day before my lease expired, as I was moving out. This complex is not very attractive and they don't even try with the landscaping. The laundry room nasty. Hope you don't mind loud bass music because you'll hear plenty of it. Office staff is friendly, though, and the maintentance staff is does a half decent job.
