Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
Generally quiet, not too many kids or animals. Price goes up every time the lease runs out, but I guess that's to be expected. Management seems to change constantly, so you never know who will be in the office or how helpful they may (or may not) be. Heavy rains cause flooding - I had a bottom apartment and everything in my storage room was ruined!
