pretty good actually

I have lived in different apartment complexes since living here. (I came here for college, stayed on for grad school.) This is actually the only one I have actually told other people to go check out. Yes, the apartments are a little older than say Banyan Bay, but are newer and much nicer than Palms of Apalachee (both which I lived in and HATED).
I am not super picky and realize that living in an apartment you are going to hear some noise, etc. I did have one problem with my upstairs neighbors having a party and it was handled IMMEDIATELY. They don't allow a lot of students (I forget what the policy is, but there is one), so it's mostly families. But it's quiet and I actually felt safe there. My neighbors on the side of me (there is only one the side and one above OR below you) had kids, pets, etc and I NEVER heard them unless their TV was really high and I had mine off.
The manager actually lives onsite which says a lot since most of the time they live somewhere else even though they get a reduction in rent.
The only complaint was that sometimes the parking was a little difficult but I really think that my upstairs neighbors had a lot of "overnight" guests so their cars took up a lot of spots. I am not the type to b**** about minor things so I didn't say anything about it unless it was really bad for a long time.
The rent was not cheap, I recently bought a house and my mortgage is a little less. But you get what you pay for. When I moved out, I expected them to get me because the carpet was not in the best condition. But they were honest about the fact that it wasn't great when I moved in and they didn't charge me for it.
That alone is great customer service in my book.
