I am living at this apartments for few months. I warn you by my experience that the apartments though appear neat and attractive dont have good amenties. No gym, no tennis courts, there is one so called swimming pool. Water and sewer bill has to be paid by tenant. Laundry has few washers and driers most of the time dont work, the sink also broken. The walls of apartments are so thin that it gets very cold in winters and very hot in summers. the electrical wirings are old.. even if the heaters of AC is used for an hour we can smell wiring insulation getting burnt. the dish washer is there but doesnt drain of all water after rinse cycle, we have to use a cup/sponge to remove water.
Maintenance requests are not attended promptly. Sometimes shut down water (for repairs) without notice.
there is nobody to clean up the dry leaves etc from walkways. parking on slopes is very inconvenient(wonder why dont they make them level), at some places there is not enough space for backing out of parking space. There is no assigned parking, so someone would park in spot closest to you and you have to struggle for unloading heavy stuff.

The management takes signature of tenant on lease documents, but they dont give you a copy with their signature to it.
