A nice, quiet place...

Certainly not as bad as these last two make it out to be (although it seems like it was written by the same person). I think some of these people need to try living in the average apartment complex in Tallahassee and experience the HORRIBLE management, loud students, relentless inspections by the office, absolutely no enforcemnt of noise ordinance, total lack of respect for privacy, and completely out to rob you of your security deposit. Meridian Place has none of these things. It's an older complex, sure, without the amenities of many student apartments like a gym or computer lab. But it's quiet, the office hardly bothers you about anything and they do fulfill maintenance requests at a reasonable speed most of the time. I think they really do have their resident's best interest in mind. Very spacious floor plans, pretty good pet policy, bus stop right in front of the complex. The only complaints I have are the tiny kitchens. I think they could have planned the spacing a bit better for that. And it would be nice if they installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms. But I don't know what some people are expecting for the price. This isn't luxury apartments or condos. It's a well priced place in a nice, quiet part of town with pretty good management.
