A little pricey, but worth it so far -UPDATE

We moved here basically sight unseen from out of state. While the office staff had us jumping through a few hoops, once we moved in, we found the community to be very quiet and clean. There is more than adequate parking, the apartment we rent is very large, but there is no linen closet, no coat closet and very little in the way of storage space. You get a single small bathroom-sized "shed" on your balcony to try to cram all your stuff into. We've noticed several little things about our unit that could use updating and a very thorough, industrial-strength cleaning, but for our current situation and for the amount of rent we pay, we really can't complain too loudly.

Ok, now that we've been here for the better part of a year, here's what we've learned:
If you want something fixed, you'd better know how to fix it yourself or to tell the maintenance staff *exactly* what you want done. Otherwise, they'll just make it worse or tell you you're imagining things.
One of the "sparkling pools" has been out of commission for months. Utility bills topped $400 this past summer. We also have to pay for water, sewer and trash, which is another $40 a month. This place is just not worth it. As soon as the lease is up, we're looking elsewhere.
