It seems my friends you've found yourself a little piece of heaven/Where birds are chirpin' all year long/There's no dog poop to step in./The dumpsters never overflow/the neighbors smile and wave/and always keep their music low/and never misbehave./The staff is johnny-on-the-spot/smiles on their burned out faces/call ALL your friends to come on down/there's TONS of parking spaces./But for those of us who can only dream of these things of which I've spoken/perhaps we should come live with you/and share what you been smokin'./ Our wiring's fried/our plumbing's clogged/our neighbors deal and fight./And if you think we're all real safe/watch the parking lots at night!/The only rule that gets enforced is "pay your rent on time"/and maintenance either can't or won'/ and runs three weeks behind./The office doesn't give a crap/they know it wouldn't flush./And when you really need stuff done/there's no such thing as "rush"./But if all you need for home-sweet-home/is a roof over your head;/ and AC's that don't and dishwashers that won't/aren't issues that you dread;/ then Meridian Place Apts is EXACTLY where you should be./But the only way it would be a good deal/Is if the rent were free!

Man, are we living in two different places? Like you said, there really aren't that many amenities. Just the pool and that's about it but there's usually always a couple of people already in there so I never go. But I've never heard of anyone having trouble parking at all. In fact, there's usually an abundance of spaces unless you come home after midnight on a weekday...then you'll probably have to park a little bit farther from your building. But maybe it's different on the side you live on...? (I am by building 8 and 9.) I've been here two years and the office staff & maintenance has always been really responsive and helpful. Also, my utilities are usually pretty low--average of $65 total during the winter and about $115 during the summer in a 2 br. As for noisy neighbors and stereos blasting, I just have to laugh and again wonder if there's some kind of bizzaro land you???re living in on the other side of Meridian Place that I'm not aware of. Maybe I just had really bad experiences previously with various student apartments around town with the nightly parade of pimped out rides blasting Lil' Jon right next to my window but Meridian Place is a lot more ???family-oriented??? and thus a lot more quiet most of the time. (Of course, once again I???m going by my experience on the side I live on.) No offense to your opinion. I just wanted to put in my $.02
