WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE EVERYTHING WAS OK .THE MANAGER TRIES TO ACT SO NICE AT FIRST JUST TO GET YOU IN BUT AFTER THAT IT'S GOING TO BE A LIVIN HELL SHE IS VERY RUDE AND NASTY ALL OF THEM THEY DON'T TRY AND HELP YOU OUT EVEN THOUGH THE APARTMENT MAYBE VERY SPACIOUS THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT PEOPLE PLAYING THERE MUSIC LOUD AT NIGHT THERE NEVER IS A PLACE TO PARK AT NIGHT BECAUSE THE PEOPLE LET THERE FRIEND PARK IN THE WRONG SPOT INSTEAD OF THE VISTORS PARKING BUT BACK TO THE MANAGER DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE THE LADY IS VERY RUDE AND NASTY SHE HAS A VERY FAKE PERSONALITY SHE TRIES TO BE SO NICE WHN SHE WANTS YOU TO MOVE IN JUST BECAUSE SHE NEEDS THE 49 BUCKS DONT MOVE HERE---------------------------------& -------] N ALSO THERE IS POOR MAINTENACE SERVICE! THE MAINTENANCE MEN ARE VERY SLOW AT REPLYING BACK WHEN YOU MAY NEED SOMETHING TO BE FIXED. ALL THE PADIO SCREEN DOORS ARE OFF AT ALMOST EVERY APARTMENT OUT HERE..GO AHEAD N WALK AROUND THE COMPLEX AND YOU WILL SEE! THE ISH IS BASICALLY RAGGEDY, BUT IM NOT GONNA LIE ITS SPACIOUS ENOUGH LIKE I SAID FROM THE BEGINNINNG! WELL I KNOW I CANT TAKE IT OUT HERE WITH THOSE RUDE UGLY -------! U CAN GIVE IT A TRY IF YOU WANT PPL! GOTTA GO!! IM DONE AND THIS PLACE IS HELL SO DONT MOVE OUT HERERRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEE! IM OUT AND DONE WIT THESE -------!

I agree with you about the manager! Not very friendly, as though she don't care. Feel like I am in a business meeting when I have to discuss things with them. They treat you as just a number on your door. Pluming is the worst, and metenance is slow to fix. And when they fix its still have problems. I am moving out in 3 weeks.

While you're out there on property wandering around, look and see the all the grunge growing up the walls of the buildings. No wonder there is mold in the apartments! Funny, seems like the buildings around the entrance aren't as bad as everywhere else. There are other places to rent!
