Very unfriendly management. They (or she) treats you as the number that's on your door. I moved into a two bedroom in a rush last year and now I am in a rush to move out. Everyone complains about the plumbing in this place and they're right. I had a bad leakage coming from the rime of one of my toilets and told management about it. You would think anything that's leaking in an apt.(top floor) would be top priority right' Not! maintenance did not come until 3-4 days later. And he were basically patching the poor job the other maintenance guy did weeks earlier. And even that was also poor job. Said he would be back to finish but never did. Maybe they don't pay them enough. Now the bathroom have a strange odor that I cant get ride off, and is making me cough.

The apartment I am in have very very thin walls and so it feels like the neighbors are in your bedroom/bathroom with you. You could here them talking as though they are right there talking to you. NO PRIVACY in my own bedroom/bathroom! Not good! Nope, I'm out! The TV volume have to stay low to not disturb the neighbors on both sides of me. If it goes past volume level 4, that's too high. You hear the neighbor turn there's up also. Stay away if you can. I was drawn here because it was spacious. Clean rugs. Now I regret it very much. Lease is up never coming back!

I sympathize with you. The residents at Meridian Place are treated like inmates instead of valued customers. Maybe that's why there are now 54 vacancies. That's more than double what it was when you moved in. It also means that for the every tenant who takes time to post their comments on this web page; there are 4 or 5 tenant who aren't posting, they are just packing their things and getting ready to leave. Now that the housing market bubble has burst,there are other options in Tallahassee that are newer, more energy efficient as large and in the same price range. I would suggest any of them over Meridian Place. Good luck with your search. If you find any good deals, please post them for the rest of us.
