I used to live at another apartment compelx in town and it was nasty, overpriced, and management gave me crap all the time. Monterey is the total oppositte. Their really good about helping me out when i need something fixed, usually the guys come out within a day or two. They treat me really good and like not having to worrya bout where i live.
