this is the worst place to live. the buildings are falling apart and the management pretty much don't care. i've had too many problems to list. i had to get a lawyer just to get out! if you have any sense do not move into north point. i got duped into signing the lease thinking it was just to hold the place, when i didn't really want to move in i was told i had already signed the lease and would lose my $450 deposit. we were also told we had a choice of two or three places and then shoved into an upstairs. i complained about the downstairs neighbor and was given the shaft. this guy kept me up all night with the bass shaking the pictures off the wall. when i called the police it stopped. for that night. i got tired of calling the police and the management so i called a lawyer. the resident manager told me it was a "community" and should not complain about the noise. i have never been so disgusted with an apartment. don't waste your money here. if you do tell them i said f you. i almost forgot, everyone just throws their trash on the ground, if you like this..........rent from the dump.
