I guess since the last and only person to post anything about this complex thought it was okay to post an opinion without even living there, I guess it's okay for me too. I plan on living at the Northside Villas and sign a year contract. The management there were the kindest people I have ever toured an apartment complex with. The inside of the apartment was beautiful and most things in it looked brand new. They newly renovated all the apartments last year. The insulation seemed great because it was burning up in there and it was cold outside that day. There aren't any light fixtures in the bedrooms so be prepared to stock up on lamps. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and didn't mind answering any questions I had about living there. The complex itself looks like nothing special but definitely isn't the rotting slum that the last post says. Except for the leaves in the pool (not that anyone is swimming in the winter anyway), I thought the complex looked suitable. They do accept pets but I didn't see any feces anywhere and I walked all through the complex. I definitely think this place is worth looking into.
