I am relatively happy with my 1/1 apartment here. It is affordable and in a nice area of Tallahassee. Parking can be an issue if you have any guests over because there is NO guest parking. It is an older place and the cooling costs over the summer can be pretty outrageous - upwards of $180 with the air at 82 all day (maybe this is normal for Tallahassee -- though if it is that is scary).
The office manager has been very helpful, though some maintainance requests have required a few follow-up visits to the office. Hope this helps someone who's looking for an apartment here in Tally!
