My job brought me to Tallahassee, Florida. I moved into Park Avenue Villas in April of last year. The new property manager had started the same day I had moved in. I thought that this could be a bad thing but man was I wrong. She was always friendly and helpful and the maintenance guy was too. They treated me like I was a person, and not just a number which in my past experience with other places was not the case. As far as the apartment it was perfect for what I needed. It is an older community but everything is in working order. The maintenance guy always responded to any work order within 24 hours and in the case of an emergency like when my water heater broke came by within minutes and had a brand new one installed the next day. I really enjoyed the benifits of having the ability to park at my front door. The location is great. The community is quiet. My job has ended now in Tallahassee and so I am moving but if I ever return I am deffinately comming back to Park Avenue Villas.
