Wish someone would pick up the phone

My only problem that I am having right now...is that I which someone would pick up the phone during the business hours that are on the answeting machine when I call. I am trying to get some information...and since u don't have a website to look at ur location, site, grounds...all that good stuff I would like to know what I am getting myself into.....thank you
