These apartments have SO much potential. It's a shame that the owners of this place do not see that. The outward appearance is very nice and the floor plans are fairly spacious, but when you deal with the office, you're getting college kids with their "don't give a crap" mentality. They don't want to be bothered, so they don't. We've had to call the office 4 times in 3 days for the air-conditioning leaking. The walls are wet, the floor is wet and two calls in one day to have the water sucked out of the carpet have been ignored. This has happened once before and all they did to offset the mold and mildew growing on wet sheetrock is spray it down with bleach, which only bleached out the carpet. The air-conditioning is STILL leaking and you have to step around wet carpet to get to the bedroom and bathroom. It's pitiful that a place such as this with so much potential is being allowed to be run by idiots!!!! It's definitely over-priced for the type of service you get. This complex is in a sad state of affairs! Also, the people that live above us are the noisiest people on the planet. When they walk, it sounds like they are stomping. This goes on until around 1:30 or 2:00 a.m. We cannot wait to move.

i am responding to your letter..i myself live on their sister property witch is Augustine Club Apartment off Old Saint Augustine Road And The Maintenance here pretty much sucks...its run by "idiots" as well the manager is new and promises people things that can not and has not been met it is simple things...the things that i have requestd to get done has not been met i have lived here since August and i have had a roof leak since we moved in and god help us if we have had hard rain i reported it to the after hours maintenance eddie told me that they has had some recent repairs and that the contractor had left some buldings out or half done their job and that they was going to have to come back... 2 months ago i was sitting here and heard a knock atmy door as it was "the manager" eddie and some overweight man that never introduced himself and i was told "they was here to look at my leak" needless to say that was more than 60 days ago as for neighbors i am with you 100% my apes next door is the MOST unciderate people i have ever seen i have went a far as to put it in writting and nothing has been done...still haveing to put up with doors slamming ect.. if you dont believe me then come over and check it out over here... as far as the office is concerned i agree with you on the staff they are the rudest people to be in public realations i have ever met...good luck in your future apartment hunting

I'm responding also to the upkeep. I've had the same air conditioner leak and this has happened twice now and both times they came out to suck out the water and then it continued. The a huge bubble of water dropped right through my smoke detector and also shorted out an electrical outlet. I was informed that the ceiling would be replaced and the pipes to the AC would also be replaced and they came in after the 10 days (per Landlord Tenant act)and patched up the hole but didn't make any attempts to replace or correct the problem. Since the 2nd episode we've experienced problems with allergies. They choose to cover up instead of correct the problem. The management office has also been un-helpful and think they know it all but maintenance has never produced any electrical licensing.
