I've been here over 2 years. The new management company has it ALL OVER the last one. The office staff is professional and courteous. My maintenance requests are always taken care of right away. I definitely recommend Plantations.

section 8 ghetto hole!!!! always furniture piled as high as the buildings around the trash dump and when i mentioned it to the manager she said it would be taken care of but there again there is nothing but LIES that comes ouf of that office and the people there looks as though they need to be in section 8 housing and let the goverment pay more of their rent than they pay at plantations!
