The staff are very friendly, but still give you space. The complex is definitely intended for adults and college kids should only live here if you absolutely hate being around a lot of other students; because there are pure hermits there. The walls are very thick, and the maintenance staff fixes things rather quickly. The only problem would be the building itself, which is a little old and on the ugly side (walls, appliances especially). Overall, if you like a nice quiet place to live in Tallahassee, this is it.

I have no complaints about the thickness of the walls; I just wouldn't call the walls "thick".
