The apartments are extremely over priced and have thin walls, poor insulation and poor pet friendly rules. I have 2 dogs and we spent 500.00 on a pet deposit and then resucued two cats from Hurricane Katrina and had them for over 3 1/2 months and we got a note in our door one day. The note said that we needed to give the office another 400.00 to keep our cats and that it was brought to their attention by a maintance member. We had a state letter stating that these were rescue animals and they said we can't except that-Sorry! Not to mention that the 400.00 was due the month we got the letter, which happened to be Dec, right before Christmas. Then there was a resident that said that b/ I didn't keep my dog on a leash-who never leaves my side was a hazard and I would be fined by the complex member who was a TPD officer. Then that same man has a unfixed male dog and he never picked up the poop(when there are 5 stations) around the apartment with bags. He never got informed he would be fined. The other outrageous thing about this apartment is the cost constant breaking of the bath tub drains, the sink drains and the dishwasher. When you move out you they tell you also that you have to pull out your oven and refrig. and clean under it......I weigh 100 lbs.-How am I going to lift those out! Not worth the money!!!!!!!!!!!

If you thought the apartment was over priced, maybe you should have kept looking and found some place cheaper. That is a really good thing you did rescuing the cats; I have one dog and one cat and I thought about taking my sister's cat's kitten but referred to my lease. The lease said that you can't have more than two pets. That's the agreement, I signed it, you signed it.
