When I toured the apartment I feel in love instatnly. Now, however it has become a nightmare. I first had ants, which they said they sprayed for, but never killed them. I went out and bought my own spray and killed them. I have an ant problem two times. Now I have living with rats. I have been complaing since late Feb. early March. They came and put down glue traps and left them. I have to provide the cheese for the traps. Two rats have been caught. After the second one, they finally decided to seal up any holes. Now I have a third one living with me. I have found dropping on the kitchen floor. I was told by one person told that a woman who was filthy caused the mice problem and then another told me that other people are complaining about mice. A friedn of mine used to live there years ago and he said he had mice. But I was told we have never had this problem. I am trying to move out.

I have rats too. I have lived here for two years and the Management sucks. She is down right rude and mean. My oven door handle falls off and I have requested three times for it to be fixed. My shower faucet has dripped since I moved in. Can't seem to fix it. My screen door has never worked. Now they have fined me for sitting my trash on my doorstep. Being there is no doggie stands outside I have to take my poop inside and throw in my trash. The trash was put out that morning so the house would not smell. The manager says she will not accept my next months rent until I pay it. This is a terrible place to live - nothing works and the management needs help. No wonder she can't keep office help. Her boss needs to take a good look at her. I am moving out due to her behavior and really at this point don't care about my credit. thats how bad it is
