I have lived here for too long! I moved here because I wanted to live in a safe neighborhood away from students. This seemed to be the best fit for the best price, esp. considering I owned pets.

Since I have lived (about 3 years) here the management staff has changed at least 3 times and the company who owns the community has changed twice.

I moved in to 80's era appliances and the laminate on the counters, drawers and cabinets falling off. They never bothered to fix any of the problems and when the new company came in they only upgraded the vacant apartments to new carpenting, blinds, and neglected fixing up the occupied apartments. Oh, and our A/C breaks semi-annually.

Rent has gone from 715 to 815 in 2 years and they send out mass "warning" notifications monthly.

I don't even bother to face any of the people in the office, so I drop Rent off in the nightly drop-box. One of the managers is unfriendly and condescending.

The maintenance guys are helpful, but don't waste your time.

As for previous posts....they have had a continuous ant problem since I have lived here and they kicked out my downstairs neighbor because her satelite dish didnt meet standards in her lease agreement even though she was hearing impaired and had a hip injury which prevented her from being very active. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Well, the unfriendly and condescending manager is still here...She sucks...Pinnacle needs to wake up and realize that she is an incompetent manager...
