This apartment complex is a mess. I can not actually say one good thing about my stay here. I have lived here for almost a year and have not yet had my AC or HEATER Working. The mait. crew do not have a clue what they are doing and the staff are very rude. They have denied my switch to another apartment even though the city says that my apartment is a fire hazard due to unsafe wiring in the walls. For a week now I have been without a shower in my apartment and no lights in the bath or bedroom, Due to a short in the wiring. I would not reccomend this apartment complex to my worst enemie.

There is no unit that has not had AC or heater working for more than a couple of days, much less an entire lease. I have never seen the staff be rude. I have seen occasions where the staff has had to confront someone about rent due or a bounced check; perhaps the person who left this review was one of those people and took the conversation the wronge way. If the city of Tallahassee said that the apartment was a fire hazzard, this person would not have been allowed to live there so I do not believe that statement.

Why is noliesguy running behind everybody's posts trying to say opposite whatever they say? These are THOSE people's experiences, who the hell are you to tell them what THEY are going through?

I bet you noliesguy is an EMPLOYEE there trying to do damage control. You sound like you're obsessed with the apartments, and if you're not an employee you need to get off their d*ck and stop the hero worship...

I am living in this hell hole currently as well. Obviously noliesguy is probably on the current property managers left tit Nicole Warren, I'm sure she will be out in a month or two like the rest of the property managers before her. Be forewarned, the comcast cable guy said the cable in these buildings is SO outdated that they dont even use those types of lines anymore, and the only way to change it is if the apt. complex decides to change it......which as you see, they don't like being bothered with ANYTHING, unless it is their ridiculous overcharged rent hikes. You think you got a $600 apt?? It will cost you $1000 in two years rent hikes. GOOD LUCK!

Oh yes, don't bother management with anything...among being rude, she is lazy...she is completely unwilling to do any part of her job...She definitively does not care about the residents! Some people are just worthless at their job and unfortunately she is one of those people...don't rent here...it's not worth the hassle of dealing with an ill-mannered property manager

I have found the management to be very helpful. I think it says a lot about what kind of resident's you all may have been by the way that you talk. I guess if you sound like "trailer trash" then you probably act like it when you live somewhere...just my opinion.

**ATTENTION** The manager was FIRED! I guess she was the "trailer trash"...just my opinion! There is a different company managing the property now.

What is so funny--is that REAL residents that are happy DO NOT post comments. I come on here to reply to negative comments about my property that I manage. So I know the game. This Nicole MUST suck if so many people complain about her. I heard that the person that took over when I moved out was not that great. One reason that I moved out back in 2004, was because they started going by income. We went from a super nice community to living in the hood in a matter of weeks. It was quiet at 7 am when my son got on the bus for the first 2 years that we lived there. Our last year was so annoying!!! Loud music blaring and beating from loud abnoxious cars and guys hanging out at the bottom of stairs all over the property smoking weed at 7 am. Talk about running a property in the ground. I left managing a property recently because they wanted me to switch to going by income. I refused to do it. It was such a nice property and I refused to have a part in making my current residents hate me and running the property in the ground.
