Like continuous fire alarm beeping at 3 AM' Like a loooonng walk to drop off your trash' Like the lovely sounds of overnight work crews working on I-10 throughout the evening' Like to get letters delivered to every apartment on the property that threaten to fine you for just about anything' Like to argue about your deposit over petty things that you didn't cause' Like to step in dog crap everywhere on the property' Like a pool that is only 4 feet deep' Like hot water heaters that stop working semi-regularly' If so, this may be the apartment for you! management can dispute these claims, but look at the posts below me...Do you really think everyone is lying here, or are you detecting some sort of pattern....'

Seriously, i thought the apartments seemed great, and could justify their price by maybe the size of the apartments, and the fact that they are in an A school zone...but i did notice the ant problem too, when I visited a friend's apartment. And the ONE dumpster for the WHOLE complex in not even a central location that everyone passes (like the EXIT? HELLO?) but in one corner of the complex, is probly why that poster below faced the rat problem, he/she was probly in the furthest building from the dumpster...bet if they had at least centrally located the dumpster at the exit (like I see most apartments doing these days) the filthy woman wouldn't have been filthy at all, she would have taken her trash out more often. And I have stepped in dog ---- when i was over there, and seen people walking their dogs without the leash...nobody cares if YOU think your pet won't hurt a soul, the point is nobody else knows your mutt so leash him! People are so selfish. That one poster also said they had a rat problem years ago, but are now saying they never had one...usually people have ants and roaches if they are going to have anything, not rats...where did they come from?

I haven't had a problem with the fire alarm, but that's just me. I have had my AC freeze up, but then again, I've had that problem every apartment I've lived in. If you don't like to step in dog poop, what do you expect management to do about it. I guess they could send notices and fines for it...but then that would go against your wishes for fewer fines. If they screwed you on your deposit, let this be a lesson to you. Next time you fill out a move-in inspection sheet, do it completly and save a copy. They gave me a copy of mine. They have actually deepened the pool to three fathoms...ok, I made that up. The pool is around four feet, but who cares? I hope this didn't interfere with your scuba lessons. My hot water has never run out.

Most small apartment complexes usually only have one dumpster. Also, you probably knew this when you moved in. If everyone would just make sure they put their trash inside the dumpster then there wouldn't be a pest issue....It's not like you have to walk very far to get to it...for the love of God put it on your car if you are that lazy! Also, great idea to put the dumpster near the entrance of the property..you should be a marketing genius!

WOW! Triece87 sound a lot like UMCANES87...just my opinion... The title says it right "See all these negative reviews, Maybe they are for a reason" That was in 2007, and the negative reviews just continue...maybe they are for a reason!?!
