After finally eliminating the trail of ants that covered my ceiling to the kitchen to the patio when I first moved in, to having to deal with cable problems (Comcast said the lines in these buildings are SO outdated, they don't even use them anymore...and it is the responsibility of PAK to take care of them....of course they wont) so expect little to no cable internet or television service. Apt. complex, poorly lit, pray you dont get a place next to the highway or I am sure you will have a mugger or homeless man waiting for you. Management, since they cycle in and out every couple of months, the current ----- in charge Nicole Warren, likes to leave early, so if you try to come after work to settle anything, she will have already closed up the office early. Others have stated, the trash bin, is in the next apt complex. Perhaps Ms. Warren would be better suited to taking out people's trash since that is the lifestyle she is accustomed to maintaining. STRAIGHT GAR-BAGE!

I agree, every time I have needed to talk to the manager, she is either off for the day or has left early. They should kick her to the curb and promote Vacillious...he is polite and has a desire to help the residents...imagine that, a property manager who wants to help the residents! Well, the property manager here could care less about the residents...be sure you always talk to Vacillious, Nicole is useless and rude!!!

I had a roach problem and the pest control people were there a couple of days later, I haven't had a problem since. The walk to the dumpster does suck and it's a mess sometime, usually on weekends. I haven't seen a mugger or a bum yet...however, I did get my car vandalized when I lived at the exchange. My cable and internet work fine. I got in touch with a comcast person. He said the cables here are fine and though it is not their responsibility to address wiring issues, they do in order to keep their customers satisfied. That's pretty much a direct quote. Management does change alot.

Sounds like you need to get a life and stop worrying about the manager. I mean, how sad is your life that this is what you focus on! The manager is always there when I call or stop by.

I have lived here for quite a while and never had a problem with the manager. It seems that the people that are the angriest are the people that typically are causing the most problems....maybe this applies to you.
