It's funny that some people (most likely someone) feels the need to go through each complaint and refute what the person says. These are the opinions and the experiences of people who live or have lived at PAK and find it to be something worth warning others about. If you have a different opinion that s fine. Write a review and express your feelings. Don't come behind other people and attack them because they don't share your views.

How pathetic does a person have to be call people "white trash" or ASSume they are a bad tenants when you know nothing about that person' And before you reply back saying I am being a hypocrite with my last comment note that it was a question, not a statement. If something in that question offends you then there must be some truth in there that should cause you to think about the way you treat others. This isn't High School anymore so quit with the lame insults and grow up.

As far as the apartment complex is concerned, the apartments are nice, the parking is adequate, and I have no problem with the dumpster location. I do wish people would make a better effort in getting their garbage "inside" the dumpster. I do however, as other people before have stated also, have a problem with the attitude of management. She is not as helpful as she should be and as shown in her last letter to the complex about the parking lot, she does not know how to treat or talk to people.

You can claim that her crappy attitude and management style keeps the property looking nice and keeps it from getting run down but you could also attribute that to the location of the apartments and type of tenant that reside in the complex. Since the apartments are not located in the heart of campus or on the south side of town you don't get the type of tenant that tends to not care about other people's property. Also, the higher rent tends to draw the type of tenant that takes care and pride in their surroundings. So I would say the property upkeep would be maintained without the pissy attitude that we currently deal with. With all of that said I look forward to reading the attack replies that make a joke of an apartment review site such as this.

To UMCANE87: How sanctimonious of you to appoint yourself the judge and jury about who is or is not a person of "character", and which comments cross the line and which don't, especially in view of the fact that it has mostly been YOUR comments that have crossed the line. Perhaps you could start the ball rolling by refraining from crossing the line any more yourself. I say look in the mirror if you want to see the BIG problem. Take stock of that problem. Then FIX IT!

Character is subjective. Therefore, yes, I do have the right to decide whether or not I belive someone has character based on their actions. Any normal person realizes that EVERY comment on here is an opinion. I don't believe my comments crossed the line. The funniest thing to me is that you want to post your opinion but do not want anyone to post an opposing opinion. Then again, some people just don't get it. You take care and I hope you enjoy your new residence far away from the PAK. I give you permission to have the last word ;)

I am expected to move in late July. I just want to know before I move is this a good apartment complex as far as the inside or is it a old place that needs repairs and not worth my money or time. Could someone please let me know before its to late. Thanks. :)
