I've been living here for almost 2 years. its been good and bad. when we first moved in they lost our papers and we had to fill out everything all over again- still don't know how they could have lost such important documents!!! It was a hassle but at the time, PAK was one of the better complexs to live in in Tallahassee- it still amazes me that such and important city can have such little diversity in living accomodations that are decent for those of us who don't own our own place!! It was cleaner, in a safer neighborhood and a better part fo town, and it was friendlier to my pocket book than some of the other apartments of the same group. the staff is friendly, if a bit slow- ANNOYING!! they don't seem to have any management skills either- which is the only thing I have to complain about. Because of this, the landscaping maintenance has not been kept. the excuse is that there are too many trees and thus leaves but that is complete BS!! there is no excuse for letting a place run wild like that. branches all over the place, leaves accumulating so high that you could practically swim through them. its ridiculous!! other than that, the inside of the apartments are nice, spacious floorplans, lots of windows. overall, a nice layout both inside and out- except for the landscaping!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
