I have lived in some of the brand new apartments and paid top dollar. I find Plantations at Killearn to be a much better deal. The place is well taken care of. The apartment looks great and has lots of closets. My rent is only $699.00 for a 2 bedroom. I was paying $1020.00 at Verandas at Blairstone. The other apartments have bigger clibhouses, but I don't live in the clubhouse. You should come and see what you can get for less money
