I have lived in this complex 3 years. It often takes maint. a couple times to get things right. Currently, I am trying to get a mold test done of my A/C unit. Yes that's right a MOLD test. I have mildew growing out of my vents and the leasing office seems less than intersted in fixing the problem. The apartments are dated for what you end up paying. The staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they put the work order through other times you have to call back with your request again. Overall, I would not recommend anyone living here.
