I loved the area BEFORE highway construction. Now at all hours of the day tractors are beeping and shaking our apartment floors. Also I've now been here for almost 2 years and they have not fixed large patches of carpet missing in my floor!

Other than the construction, (which is not their fault) I love the floor plan and we got a good rate ($100 off per mnth)Also aside from the construction, it is a quiet place to live. Never had a problem with neighbors and the maintenance is pretty good about fixing things.

I don't know how long construction will take but NOTE if you do move here ask for an apartment away from the highway. (we got duped into living near the highway because the last manager - not the current one- made a last minute change of apartments and stuck us near the highway and didn't tell us about it until we were signing the lease. We moved from another state so there was no way to make last minute changes)

Overall there are a couple cons but I really like the place and want to move to another building.
