The Plantations at Pine Lake Apartments are in need of a refurbishing. The kitchen area is 1980's era. The bathtub faucet is of a style I have never seen before and very user unfriendly, and all bathroom faucets take many turns in order to get a stream of water. The one bedroom unit is tiny.

Beware of the move in "deals" here. I had a bankruptcy on my credit from 1997 and they used that as an excuse to make me pay a full deposit in the spring of 2007, even though they advertised a much reduced figure for a deposit. I was in a time crunch to make the move when I found out, so I paid it, but it was a cheap, crummy way to get around their own advertised "deals".

It is quiet and the neighborhood is friendly, but the interior of my apartment is outdated and worn, much in need of a refurbishing.

The apartment are old sure enough but with every turn they are getting updated. I have been here for 3 years now and I really like it. I have met people who have been in these apartment since the place was built in 1988 and they have seen improvement over the years to.
