There arent many choices in NE Tallahassee... but Plantations at Pine Lake is definately a good one.
Its clean, the apartments are well built, and your neighbors pretty much keep to themselves.
There are a lot of new apartments going up in Tallahassee charging crazy amounts of rent. Plantations at Pine Lake is reasonably priced and at renewal they really don't raise the rent all that much.
The people in the office and the maintenance are nice and stuff that breaks is fixed pretty quick.
A good deal.
