We just moved into a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apt and we love it! For the most part the apartment is comfy and people are very friendly. There is no noise and the staff has been very nice to us. There are only a few problems that we found. The first problem is the outside of the property. The outsides of the buildings should be pressure washed and fixed up. For example, the metal on the staircases is rusted so bad that there are actual holes where the concrete stair meets the metal hand rails. Another example, is that the wood on our balcony is flaking off, needs repainting, and we had to hammer some nails back in to the floor of the balcony because they were coming out of the wood. The second problem that we found was the cleanliness of the apartment. When we moved in the owners before us had a dog and there was dog hair everywhere. It was mainly on the blinds, air vents, and bathrooms. However the carpet was very clean and the apartment didnt smell at all so that was really great. The last problem that we found was just your standard tear and wear on the apartments. An example of this was the cabinets, the paper covering on them is coming off and the wood has gotten wet so it looks funny. All the problems are pretty standard problems with all apartments so it really doesnt bother me too much.
Overall I think that this apartment is great. It's quiet, pretty (for the most part), the staff is great, the apartment was clean (for the most part), and its a great location at a good price. Despite a few little particular details the apartment is wonderful and I would definitely suggest this apartment to others.
