First of all I'll start by saying this place was very affordable especially considering the location and decency of the apartments. Rent was about $287, for me living with two other roomates. Now I'll start off the with the negative things and work my way up.

When we moved in our dishwasher did not work. This sucked!! The matinience was not speedy though they could have been slower in comparison to most places in Tally. They were very nice, but the solution was only temporary. Eventually we needed a whole entire new dishwasher. Another issue was the fact that the pool was rarely clean enough to swim in. The management is kind, but have reduced hours starting at 10, but usually are out to lunch for several hours even though they close at 5. Parking for visitors is crappy and the Professional Towing People tow at any cost and are -------. Parking for residents is not the greatest and the lots tiny and not made for any vehicles that are larger than a Mazda Miata. The staff is also bad about removing things they leave behind like leaving our old dishwasher outside of our building for a month.

This place is fairly conviently located on Stone Rd. in the middle of a wooded area, but no more than ten minutes from FSU or FAMU and the mall and interstate are nearby. The staff is nice and so is the matinence and there has been no management turnover, which is nice. The apartments are good especially considering the price. Every room has a ceiling fan and there is plenty of storage space. The apartment is not large, but a decent size. The porch is gigantic and great for hanging out. It is a fairly quit place during the week and I have had no incidences of crime. I am resigning my lease here and moving to a two bedroom, which hopefully will be as nice.
