I lived in Planter's Crossing for a year and a half. In that time I found that the office staff was hardly ever there. The manager (whom you had to talk to if you had any issues) was as tudent who was in class for a few hours a day and at lunch for a few more. Overall I think I was able to catch her in the office may 4 times in a year and a half. The roommate I had when I moved in had lived tehre for 2 years, and her dog had eaten large holes in the carpet. When I moved out the manager was trying to charge me a carpet cleaning fee, even though there was NO WAY they could keep the carpet. The parking was a disaster. My neighbors were horrible, but that had nothing to do with the apartment. The storage unit was nice, and the bedroom size was good. The one bedrooom was always hot, the other cold, so that suck. Overall though, not bad. Kinda expensive, but not bad. I think I paid $750 for a 2 bedroom.
