Today, June 27, I received a note on my door informing me that my apartment rate has increased by $60.00 per month. I have until July 1 (three days) to consider my options. In my opinion, this arrangement is absurd. I post this message as a warning to those individuals looking for a new apartment. Consider: What's to stop them from increasing the rate in another month'
