During the 2nd week of June my future roommate and I decided to move into Plantar's crossing....it will never happen! Our first and only experience with the front office person was unbelievably nerve wrecking. The front office staff consists of one very unprofessional, and rude little girl named Josi who is a 2nd yr student at FSU. On our initial visit we were promised Apt. 82 which had soiled and severly stained carpet, her solution to this was to let us pick out throw rugs. That was unacceptable, we then were promised another apartment, Apt.96 which we found out has occupants who were not moving for another 2yrs. My roommate and I would have never known this if we did not take it upon ourselves to see if the current tenants would let us view the apartment being that Josie lied and told us we could not see it until 5dys prior to us moving in. She was planning on giving us the old switcharoo. After these two seperate events we then went back to Josie trying to find another solution, what we got was definently not a solution. Instead, Josie wanted to turn defensive and accuse us of being difficult because she lied and we did not want to accept an apartment whose carpet needed to be covered by throw rugs nor accept the fact that someone was living in the apartment we were promised. And that is not the icing on the cake, Josie took it upon herself to tell us that until we have a set apartment and have signed a lease she would not cash our deposit checks....would you be shocked to know that she cashed the checks not only in haste but with the wrong apartment information on it and as it stands no apartment for us. Now I am still trying to get my deposit check back. Unbelievable!! Ralph Stoetzel Beware who you emoploy to represent your business!!!

As a follow-up. After calling Josie several times at the front office, she continued to be unprofessional and immature about the situation dealing with our security deposit and lied to us several times stating that Christa, Ralph's secretary was not in the office and couldn't write the checks, then Josie said that Christa had lost the checks and had no phone to reach her by until she returned to the office. It was one big mess. Finally I decided to contact Ralph's office directly. I was able to get in contact with someone and short of Ralph referring to my roommate as a "Wild Peacock" he reluctantly agreed to return our security deposit. However, we did have to drive out to Ralph's office in Killearn only to find that he had left and now we had to drive back out N.Monroe to the actual property site. This was a waste of our time, gas and the money which was unrefundable.

Well the apple does not fall far from the tree. I have had the unfortunate experience of seeing Ralph's on, Ralph Stoetzel MD an orthopedic surgeon. Talk about unprofessional, this guy has falsified medical records so no other competitor of his will take me after reading his lies. He has a pompous, uncaring bedside manner and I cant Believe Tallahassee Memorial Hospital employs him.
