I went to visit this apartment and look for an available 2/2. The girl at the front office was there and showed me a model. The model looked okay, but when I went, the pool was green and needed to be cleaned and shocked immediately. I filled out an application on Thursday August 9th. The girl told me she would be calling me back within a few hours. She never called me back on Thursday and when I called her around 5pm she stated that the credit system was down and that she would have to run it over to the other leasing office and run my credit the next day and call me as soon as possible. She hadn't called me by noon on Friday and when I called her around 12:30 she stated that the system was still having problems but she would call me as soon as it was back up. My roommate called the complex on saturday to ask about the apartment and the girl at the leasing office told her that they would call me definately on saturday to let me know about my credit check. I never heard from them on saturday. I finally heard from them on Monday after I had already had my credit approved for another apartment. I informed them that I had already found another apartment with a better and more professionally courteous leasing office. I am glad that I only gave them the $25 for the application fee and not anything of the security deposit. It only took me 25 dollars to learn that this is not a place that I would want to live. Apartment complexes should be professional and anyone that doesn't return calls when they say they will is not professional. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
