I have lived at planters crossing for the last 3 years and find it a great place to live. It is a prime location, close to everything especially campus which is a great benefit to students, although I am not one. Indeeed the past management was very poor, however over the last year or so the new management has been significantly better. They are quick to respond to things and always willing to help me in any way they can. Thank god for the new management! Other than the occasional noise complaint here and there, as with any apartment complex I have ever lived at, I would definetly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good priced apartment in a prime location.

If Josey(FSU student) is no longer the leasing agent and Ralph Stoetzel(Foreigner)is no longer the property manager then I can believe it. Otherwise I am sure that you(Anonymous)are one of them posting a review trying to hype up your slum apartments and terrible management or you(Anonymous) have some type of relationship with either of them or is getting some sort of benefit from your posting. There is no way that this property has made a vast improvement since mine and other prospective/current tenants postings from 2007. Get Real!

Actually I fully agree with his/her post. Since the new management took over the place has improved drastically. The started re-building stairs and other things right away. Next came paint jobs and other updates. The pool is always clean and they have the lawn kept clean. I am really happy with the changes. And would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheap apartment in a good place.
