I lived here for a few months and it has been ok. Nothing much to complain about other than a neighbor who's a bit messy but an issue with them not the office even though they should enforce some kind of policy which makes tenants clean up visible areas. At 1st management was hard to find but they have been a lot better about it. Before I moved in, I heard how horrible the owner was towards tenants and he even made an unecessary comment towards me that he wasn't gonna hold my apt a few months until my lease at the time for another complex was up even though I had already made a deposit but managment at the time took me outside and let me know everything was ok and I haven't seen him since. I also realized that the people who were telling me he was a jerk also told me they were having trouble paying the rent so maybe that was connected to him being a jerk. Not defending him because he does seem to be a bit of an ass but I'm def extending my lease when it ends. Good neighborhood as far as I can tell and rent is very affordable.
