I moved in 6/1/2008. There is little to no noise, no one is loitering in the parking lot, and the grounds are clean. Management seems to be very helpful, and goody goody(!) they tow. The rates are also reasonable as the rent includes cable w/ HBO. So far I have nothing to complain about.
