I lived in Player's Club for a year! When I first moved in, we had no screens, ripped up carpet, and out kitchen floor had nothing but missing pieces! Then after a few months, they decided to fix it. Then our toilet broke and our bathroom completly flooded. We called the management office and they said they would take care of it (there was a plumber on the property) but after waiting for 45 minutes with no response, my roommate and I ranout in the pouring rain to get the plumber. He said our toilet was defective and that it needed to be replaced but that Player's Club didn't want to spend the money on it. So, we just had to use the plunger after everytime we went. They never got anythign done when they promised to do it and the management was a bunch of morons! Also, you give them a 200 dollar maintenance fee but they don't give it back b/c they don't call it a security depsoit! The only problem is is that they still don't fix anything with it!!!One more problem, we had to call the cops on my neighbors due to noise but they ended up getting arrested for a drug bust and my roommates car was broken into!
