I've lived here since 2001. Management has changed for the better. This place has grown a lot and provided a lot of oppourtunities for the residents to grow into adults. We have all sorts of on-site parties and events hosted for the residents. The best thing is my rate has dropped steadily each year, from $409 down to $369.

Did I mention its utilities, furniture, and now cable with HBO'

I was even approached by the staff to work for them ( I have another full time job, so I turned it down) but they want the RESIDENTS to grow into EMPLOYEES every time its possible.

I've read these other reviews on here, and you know what' They are pretty f'n bogus. The whiner in 703 was a roommate of mine, and made up all of that garbage because he got charged for destroying his room.
