This place is cheap and most of the people who live here are trashy. My car was broken into when I lived here. I think it was one of the bums who hung out in the surrounding woods.

The location somewhat makes up for it. I barely ever had to drive. It's within walking distance of a lot of places.

It was cheap and OK other than the people. Could be worse and could be better. An average experience.

This might be one of the worst, judgemental, and uneducated reviews of an apartment complex ever posted. Unfortunately, crime is a problem throughout Tallahassee, and in most college towns, apartment complexes are specifically targeted because students typically are less aware of their surroundings and more prone to being victims of 'crimes of oppourtunity'. The reviewer doesn't provide any real information about the crime or the property, and throws out a general insult to everyone who lives there without any sort of substantial information to back it up. The Players Club is a student apartment complex housing over 300 students and comes highly rated within the community. It boasts one of the highest resident retention rates, has very affordable and inclusive rate plans for the floor plans, one of the largest common area/living rooms for a 4x2 in Tallahassee, and is in one of the best locations for school and shopping. It is great for groups of people looking for a 4 bedroom apartment to share, especially while going through school.

This might be the most defensive and desperate response by an owner out here. Players Club is dumpy compared to other places I lived. I lived in Tallahassee for five years and lived in a different place every year. Players Club is not worst, but second worst. So, pat yourself on the back for not being the worst. Still, it is not the premier apartment complex of Tallahassee. It is a cheap place. I got what I paid for. I learned to pay more to avoid apartments like Players Club. High retention rate? Price apartments cheap enough and some people will put up with anything. A large living room, what a great selling point! Wait, that just mean the bedrooms are smaller. If you take a tour of Players Club, take note, they will make a point to tell you about all the storage space available under the bed because the rooms are so tight.
