As some earlier reviews said, you basically get what you pay for. I've been here almost a year and a half, and it really is quite convinient . However, management is rather incompetent when it comes to most issues concerning the apartment complex. As someone mentioned, the laundry facitilies are being "renovated" and were supposed to be finished towards the beginning of the year. However, it is now july and they still are not finished. Not to mention there is supposed to be some sort of "pool house" that I was told would be finished in oct. (that was when I moved in back in may 2002) As you can probably guess, it is still not done. I'm living in a studio apartment and though the interior is plain, it really sufices overall. The stoves in most apartments seem vintage, from the 50's even. It is also quite noisy at all areas of the complex. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, but as perhaps a last option.

Management always seems eager to help out, but that doesn't ever mean they accomplish anything. It is truely sad, because this complex has a lot of potential.
