My advice to anyone looking to stay at this place beware. The property manager is beyond sleazy. She has on more than one occasion "lost" rent payments and tried to evict tennants. How do I know because she did it to me. Do not, I repeat do not stay here. You will regret it like I do now. Aside from the fact that you're paying this much for no laundry room, two closed pools and crappy accomodations. Getting screwed out of your money is not worth being close to campus. Consider yourself warned
