I have lived here for 2 years, and survived the chaos of the constant management changes. It has gone from good to bad, from bad to worse.

*Office staff are unhelpful and you get the impression that they don't care

They ignore complaints until you complain repeatedly and in person.

*Broken promises

Poor and incomplete furnishings
No renovations to older apts.

*Noise

Neighbors are loud and have frequent parties and there is nothing you can do about it.

*Poor maintenance

They refuse to fix anything, even if it poses a safety hazard (Unless you nag)

It's only good aspect is its location near FSU. (Beware of homeless and construction during your walk though!)
