I lived at this complex for three years, and they have changed management three times. The new management is no good, and they like to lie and promise things and it doesn't ever happen. I have ended up paying an extra three months rent because the management lied. My apartment even had rats at one time. Every year they increase the rent, but dont do anything to improve the apartments. I'm still waiting for them to fix the laundry room that has been "in-service" for over a year! Don't live here, big disappointment.
