I would agree with the other reviews. I have leaved here for a year and the lundry is still not working (although they promise to fix the laundry room any time you talk to them) and they keeep advertising for their complex as if they have the facilities (when I visited a year ago, they told me they would fix it two weeks later...). They also lie about their club/pool house (if it ever exists). I just saw an ad in the FSView inviting people to visit the new "club house" but the place in not even yet painted. In short, they will lie to you about everything and will NOT try to arrange you in any way (if you need to sublease or end your lease earlier for example).
