I was blessed to get out before my lease was up. They are not helpful at all. The landlord is the worst of all, she is the most money hungry landlord I've had. She charged me unnecessary fees and is an evil witch that does nothing to help the tenants. All of those people deserved to be put out of business. Just don't rent from the Shelter Properties.
